Whether it’s a S.W.O.T. analysis or a metrics of your choosing, collecting the data helps you determine where you were, where you are, and where you want to go.
We are surrounded by uncertainty. We are uncomfortable with this new way of living; being, and it’s okay to feel uncertain and uncomfortable; however, we should sit in the discomfort of our current situation to shift into a new paradigm.
Balance doesn’t create itself; you have to create it. Every small step toward creating balance is progress. Effort is about progression; not perfecting balance.
Be aware. Don’t feed the fears.
These are uncertain times for sure. These are even scary times, but it’s not the new reality or the new normal. These are times of shifting, of being grateful for what we have, who we have in our lives, and those fighting for us. This reality is creating a new mindset.
Celebrate the women in your lives, help her make herstory in her endeavors because after all, “Equality is not a women's issue, it's a business issue.”
